Each product is made to order, and our production process is a slow make process. It typically takes 2-3 months for us to complete your order. 

This timeframe accounts for the various steps involved in crafting your item, including throwing or hand-building, drying, bisque firing, underglazing, glazing, and final firing. Please note that we do not accept rush orders due to the time-intensive nature of our craft.

While we aim for excellence, please understand that the handmade nature of our products may result in minor variations and imperfections. We kindly request your understanding and appreciate your acceptance of these unique characteristics

Each product is meticulously handcrafted, and due to its unique nature, we do not accept any form of returns or refunds unless the product arrives damaged.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photographic evidence to arrange for a replacement.
