Located about 300 meters from Ikea Richmond, with the studio entrance on the side road, 2nd floor above Cowa Café.

Parking:

You can park along the main or side roads near the studio (avoid fire hydrants), or in the exclusive parking spot next to the entrance. Please avoid parking in spaces marked 100/105 as they belong to other businesses.

Course Booking:

We strive to provide fun and engaging workshops. Please read the following booking guidelines carefully:

  • Class schedules: Please check our calendar here
  • New Slots: If our schedule doesn’t work for you, we can open a new time slot based on your group size (minimum 2 for candle/soap workshops, 4 for perfume workshops). These slots are not private, and other participants may join. For private classes, please email us for details.
  • Reservations: To secure your booking, full payment is required in advance. We cannot hold reservations verbally, and if payment isn’t made, your spot will be opened to others. Please note that we cannot accept cash/payment upon arrival.
  • Studio Access: Open to registered participants only. The studio opens 15 minutes before each workshop begins.
  • Participants: Minimum age is 10 years unless otherwise noted. Workshop materials are for individual use only, and the price is per person.
  • Food/Drink: We kindly ask that no food is consumed during workshops; however, water and light beverages are welcome.

 

    Rescheduling Policy:

    We understand that plans can change! Rescheduling is allowed under certain conditions and is fully transferable. Please note that refunds are not available after 24 hours of placing your order.

    • For groups of 1-2, a 3-day (72-hour) notice is required.
    • For groups of 3 or more, we kindly ask for a 5-day notice.
    • The first rescheduling is free; subsequent reschedulings will incur a $10 fee each person.
    • Within 72 hours of the workshop, rescheduling for personal reasons isn't allowed. If you can’t attend, we suggest transferring your spot, and we're happy to help with that!
    • We do not issue refunds for no-shows or unattended classes.

    In case of unexpected circumstances such as extreme weather, Daydream Lab will notify guests to cancel the course at least 3 hours before the start of the course and will reschedule the course at an agreed time.

      4-Day Certificate Course:

      14 days before the course starts, you can reschedule for free once, and rescheduling will not be allowed within [0-14 days]


      Punctuality:

      We kindly ask that you arrive on time (preferably 5 minutes in advance) for your class, as late arrivals will shorten the available class time. If you're delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we can wait up to five minutes after the start. If no other customers are present, we'll wait for up to 20 minutes. However, arriving more than 40 minutes late will be considered a no-show. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing a wonderful experience for everyone!
